Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges for purchased services. Additional terms in your service agreement control invoicing and payment schedules.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information.
• Provide required access and timely feedback.
• Maintain your own backups and deployment controls.

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Ownership and license terms for project deliverables are governed by the applicable service agreement.

Disclaimers

The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability or outcomes beyond the scope of agreed work.

Limitation of Liability
